CONSIDERATION: When a customer is considering our products, it is important to know how to nurture properly.

STEP 8: Reintegrate Customers

BRAND ADVOCACY: Now that your Exchange Participant as gone abroad and had an amazing experience, learn how you can reintegrate them.

STEP 3: Know the Customer Flow

As a B2C, you are dealing with the consumers, take a look a the stages of the customer flow that the consumer goes through.

ATTRACTION: Understand how to properly attract the customer

STEP 7: Service Customers 

VALUE DELIVERY: Now that the customer is officially an Exchange Participant, learn how to service them.
