STEP 1: Reintegration

STEP 2: What is TM?

Talent Management is responsible for ensuring the LC is efficient and productive.  Learn about our key activities and how we contribute to exchange.

STEP 4: Maintaining the talent

Team standards will be the measure of success for productivity within the LC. Make sure you understand how to track and analyze the data as well as how to implement strategies accordingly afterwards.

STEP 3: Getting the right talent

Recruiting members is easy, but recruiting ideal members is not. Learn how to attract, select, onboard, and train new members.

STEP 5: Developing the talent

Facilitating leadership development within our membership is equally as important as ensuring productivity within the LC. The key to growing your LC is to develop leaders and not followers.

STEP 6: Managing LC Culture

The environment members work in directly reflects overall LC performance. Learn how to manage the culture within your LC to keep members accountable to our values and goals.

STEP 7: Creating Synergies

Developing meaningful relationships with other operations is necessary to be a healthy LC. In fact, synergies are especially crucial in driving IXP.
