As a 3rd year student in Mental Health studies, Lakshana is a determined young leader who wants to leave an impact and inspire more leaders around the world. Her dream is to be a writer on youth empowerment, an entrepreneur revolutionizing the theory of management, an advocate of change in global mental health practices and education, and provider of justice and equality through her work as a future lawyer and philanthropist.

Lakshana is doing this project to connect Canadian youth to one of the fastest growing economies in the world. In order to fully understand what the corporate market is looking for in Canadian students, she will be preparing and planning for a number of strategies to better facilitate the partnership between AIESEC Canada and with AIESEC in Mainland of China. In turn, the local committees in Canada will be able to select individuals with matchable skills and academic background to the opportunities that China has to offer to us.

Essentially, Lakshana's goal is to bridge the gap between the two countries to facilitate more exchanges.
