What is Global Talent?

The Global Talent program allows young people to put their skills into practice by working in professional, international workplaces as well as develop themselves professionally and personally by gaining practical skills and experiencing new cultures.

Global Talent internships range from 3 to 18 months and the requirments for each internship varies depending on the field.



















Why KS12? 

The KS12 Project was created with the goal of growing our Global Talent program to send more students abroad to the Mainland of China, Turkey, Colombia, and India. As we prioritize growth in our Global Talent program, we are sending Global Ambassadors where their focus will be to develop long-term partnerships, understand the local culture, rebrand, showcase, and meet stakeholders. This will allow AIESEC Canada to rebuild the Global Talent program in Canada through strategically sending more qualifie students to these 4 countries where Canada is needed the most.
