Wendy studies at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and is working her way towards a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance. 

She joined AIESEC in her first two days of university as a member of the Marketing & Communications team. After spending a semester both as a member and as a team leader, she was promoted to the position of Vice President of Incoming Exchange of AIESEC McGill. This gave her the opportunity to lead a full-time team of summer marketers to do sales. She later went on an awesome oGCDP to Brazil, and is now in her second term as a Team Lead of the National Support Team for Incoming Exchange for Global Talent. 

Wendy is super excited to spend two weeks in Istanbul, Turkey as a Global Ambassador for AIESEC Canada!

Since Turkey is one of our entity partners for oGIP, this trip's purpose is to bridge the gap between Canadian Exchange Participants and the different professional opportunities available in Turkey. Wendy's goal is to understand the culture, quality of internships, and ways Canadian students can make an impact in Turkey.
